​Great news from Tollberg Homes! We now have a Real Estate license in Minnesota! As part of our
vertical integration strategy to deliver more value to our homebuyers, we are internalizing portions of
our sales processes by listing and selling some of our homes. The Tollberg Real Estate Team has
joined Keller Williams Classic Realty in Coon Rapids and the St. Paul Area Association of Realtors.
Keller Williams has recently grown to be the largest real estate franchise in North America by agent
count and we are proud to associated with such a great company. Ultimately, our goal would be to
add talented and ambitious members to our real estate team who would be able to help us out with
